英國薩塞克斯大學（University of Sussex），位于英國東薩塞克斯郡法爾默附近，坐落于南唐斯國家公園內，布萊頓市邊界上。[2]?名稱來自于英格蘭歷史上的薩塞克斯郡。它是英國20世紀60年代新大學浪潮成立的第一所“平板玻璃大學”，并在1961年8月獲得皇家憲章，成立為大學。[3]?在短時間內，薩塞克斯大學就以對戰后社會的分析，以及各個學科的創新教學和研究方式而聞名。從建校至今，薩塞克斯大學已誕生了3位諾貝爾獎得主。
